4. Amenities & Facilities
Consider also the amenities that the community has to offer. Is the community safe and secured? Are their leisure amenities for your family to enjoy? These amenities will make your family enjoy living in the comforts of your home.
5. Price
The most important thing to consider is the price. You must always think how much you can afford. Don’t buy a house that is way beyond your monthly budget. Decide first how much you are willing to pay for the monthly payments and stick to this budget.
